Its been a while!

by Jackopus @ 26.01.2007 - 20:59:29

Hi, It has been so long betcha thought I had disapeared!

No Such luck I am afraid.

So whats been happening!

Well....My House wrming party went fantastically, nothing broken and no complaints from the neighbours! Result!

Dog is generally okay. BUT.... she has mange!and is as bald as a coot round one eye!! We have got over the kennel cough but the mange will not be so easy to cure! It is a type that will saty with her forever. They can control it with drops! She has settled well into the house but keeps barking at my next door neighbour, He has a tendancy to wear weird hats!

My love life is still as crap as ever!

I have had some dieting sucess and have lost 9 pounds!!!!! Result!!!!!

And finally......
This evening I wrote off my car! I was travelling along a main road in the next village to my mum and dad. It is a 40 mph road and I was doing the limit. It sort of sweeps to the right the dips down then up and a car had stopped in the dip to turn right. I just could not stp in time. i could see the car but I just couldnt stop. I got straight out and the drivers passenger got out and began hurling abuse at me. I told her to "Get back in the F*%"ing car before I killed her" NOt exactly a wise move. The driver was more understanding. We exchanged details and my dad has towed my car home. The wheel arch is bent and and the car is leaking oil water etc etc. the bonnet is now in half! And I bumped my head in the impact. Some of you may think there wasnt alot to damage but it hurt! Alot! My mum is not talking to me as she thinks i am a public liability and totally incompitent.

So now I am going to get shit faced!!!!

Use Me.....

by Jackopus @ 07.01.2007 - 11:57:10

Im sure I must have this stamped on my head.

let me explain...

2.5 yrs ago when I split with A I was introduced to G by a mutual friend. Nothing happend between us for ages until we'd all be out a few times and then whatever happened. we saw each other quite alot after that things were great for around 3 months and then he found out A was my ex. It turned out they were friends years ago and had recently bumped into each other and were now going out for pints etc. So G dropped me like a hot brick! Then as the newness wore off with them G started crawling back and like a fool i took him back. Then he met this woman out one night and again dropped me. Nothing has happend and we have barley spoke since then.

As was share the same friends I felt I had to invite him to the house warming so put an invite through his door. Within 2 mins he had txt me saying he was in I should have knocked. i made my excuses and said I was busy. I thought he would leave it at that but instead i was bombarded with text messages insisting i went back as soon as possible. I kept saying no and in the end he was getting quite nasty. It was so obvious what he wanted. At 1.15 am hes hardly gunna be wanting a cup of tea and a gossip.

Does it say use me on my forehead? maybe my invite to a housewarming really read. "Shag me Im easy"

Now i have a dilema is he gunna be coming round next saturday expecting a little something extra? I dont want him to come but if i say this then i will need to give a reason and i dont want to tell everyone what has happend!

OH GOD *screams*

Not alot to report on the dog front. for the last 2 days she has been perfect, she has not had any accidents in the house or anything. Today it feels like I have spent all day chasing round mopping up puddles!

she seems to be great with kids. she met my 2 cousins today had had fantatic fun chasing the ball.

She is currently curled up at the side of me on the bed watching eastenders with Holly.

Silly animals!!

Dog 3

Today during my lunch I nipped to Pets At Home and bought Gale a new collar and Lead, SHe is Jet black so got her a reflective one. She loves it and keeps strutting about with her head in the air! Also got her a small bone. I think it was the first she has ever had and loved it!

Last night was not as good as the one before. By last night she had realised what a life a luxury she had stepped into and so when the offic door shut she began to howl and bark. So after 10 mins of sitting by the kitchen door listening I went and let her out. She wizzed straight upstairs and onto my bed and there she stayed until this morning! That must stop, its allwell and good while im at home but could be a bit of a passion killer while I am in my own house!

Livi has packed her bags and buggered off down the road. She is a very timid little cat and Gale is abit too enthusiastic for her! Livi is a rescue cat who I got in June, she was going to be put to sleep as her owner could not look after her. She is only 3. As long as she is left alone she is happy. Anyway she had not been seen since yesterday morning but when mum went to the shop this morning Liv was sat at the end of the road watching the house. She appeared for feeding about 20 mins later and then went again. She does not like change and found it hard to settle into my old house so when I move dad has said she can stay with him as long as I take Jacko. Jacko does not care where she is so long as there is a radiator to lay on! Oh what a life!

Dog 2

Today Gale went back to the kennel she came from to see the vet.

I have got to say I was not impressed. The vet did not really examine her and just gave her injection. He shrugged her cough off as being nothing perhaps a slight case of kennel cough. So that was that. She is going to see my vet tomorrow. (well not my vet but the vet the others use)

She was brilliant last night. We decided it would be best for her to spend the night in the barn in the office. As we are not sure to what extent she is house trained. That way it would be easy to clean up. In the office is a big comfy sofa and lots of toys for her to play with. And it is very warm with central heating etc.

This morning at 7.15 I went across expecting a trail of destruction. But to my joy nothing! Infact she looked rather offended at being woken. Whilst i got breakfast ready I assumed she was in the garden but soon learnt she wasnt. I looked in every corner and began to panic that she may have jumped the gate. I eventually found her upstairs on my bed asleep! It looks like this is a girl after my own heart who is not fond of early starts! So she has spend the rest of the day racing round the garden like a woman possessed with Shep at her side. Holly is not too happy about this new freindship and has hid all the toys so they cannot play with them. She wants shep to herself but he is proving to be a very popular ladies man. Two Begal pups up the road keep stopping by to say hello! Much to Hollys disgust!

Holly is a very funny little springer. She wears every emotion on her little face and can sulk for hours! She sits on the sofa and pushes herself back so she is sat upright like a person! She is at the moment sat on the sofa watching gale play with a look that says "i am not impressed" this afternoon she kept giving my dad a paw then looking a Gale as if to say please take her back now. She has not been nasty but she is such a character that she is always the centre of attention so she must be finding it a bit hard! She will survive!

Smack In The Face 2

by Jackopus @ 02.01.2007 - 01:44:28

I further responce to my earlier posting. After lengthy discussion wil S today it has been agreed that the new piece is welcome to him but if she is the best he can do then I have nothing to worry about as
1. She is figureless
2. She has a 12 o clock shadow
3. He has proberbly borrowed the money off her for the flowers cos he never had any while he was with me!
4. After further inspection of the website which the flowers are from she is welcome to them I sent some similar to my mums aunt in the summer for her 98th birthday.....very old lady (not that there is anything wrong with old lady)
5. Finally from what S can remember of her she had a personality and sense of humor bypass. Therefore it wont last long as he is one big joke!

God I feel so much better!

Dog

by Jackopus @ 02.01.2007 - 01:30:29

Today I got a dog. She is an unloved stray who has been in kennels for 6 weeks after being found wondering the streets. She is at the most 5 months old! Definatly got Collie in her and looking at her walk and face some Lab. She is beautiful and will be moving into my new house next week with me. Due to the time of year etc etc and the fact thst I have homed dogs from there before i was allowed to bring her home today. She has no name and no background. It is easy to tell she has been a family dog and someone has started to train her as she can sit and give a paw. She is getting on well with my Springer Holly and one of my dads Collies Shep, the other two Penny and Butch arent so sure! Her temprement is great she has shown no agression to any of the other 4 or us and keeps coming for loves.

So I have choose to call her Gale. I saw a similar looking dog with this name at the Sheepdog trials last year so this is why the name sprang to mind! Due to being in kennels she smells terrible so the first job was to bath her. The colour of the water running off her almost broke my heart. Now she is dry tho she has a fantastic curly coat she is just a bit thin under it.

As soon as scanner working I will be able to post some pictures of the gang!
